Additional managing director strengthens operational focus

Ender Tezel has been appointed managing director of opcyc GmbH with effect from September 1, 2022. Tezel, previously Head of Key Account Management and therefore responsible for acquiring, developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships, will also assume responsibility in a management role from September.

Ender Tezel (*1978), a graduate engineer, is the Managing Director responsible for acquiring, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. He has worked in the customer care environment since 2004 and was most recently responsible at Conduent for the successful operational implementation of complex large-scale projects across multiple locations, as well as smaller projects with special planning and management requirements. Thanks to his extensive operational expertise, he is familiar with the challenges of day-to-day customer service and sees himself as a solution-oriented partner for opcyc GmbH’s customers.
