High employee motivation and satisfaction are a key success factor in the company. The best possible consideration of employees’ wishes and optimum transparency regarding the data that is important to them (shift planning, working time account, vacation, etc.) are therefore of particular importance within opcycWFM.
Employees can use the web-based myOPCYC to specify preferred working times, call up shift schedules, submit vacation requests and offer shifts for swap or accept them from a swap exchange. In addition, the current balances of the working time and vacation accounts are displayed, the respective activity and break planning for the current day as well as optionally relevant performance data.
Furthermore, myOPCYC offers the option of recording working and break times and changing master data or requesting changes. As myOPCYC is ‘responsive’, employees can also access and operate the functions via smartphone and tablet.
