Ralf Thomas integrates his diverse repertoire of customer service experience into the strategic direction of the company. Ender Tezel is responsible for the development, expansion and support of long-term customer relationships.
Ralf Thomas
As Managing Director of the company, Ralf Thomas (*1967) is responsible in particular for strategic corporate development. Starting in 1995 with pioneering work in customer service at a corporate group, moving in 1998 to help shape a small customer service start-up into one of the top 10 in the industry, from 2002 Divisional Director for Corporate Development at Germany’s largest listed BPM/BPO provider and in 2007 founder and CEO of catinedo AG, a consulting company for end customer-relevant processes, the customer service expert brings his broad spectrum of skills and experience to opcyc GmbH.
Ender Tezel
Ender Tezel (*1978), Dipl.-Ing., is the managing director responsible for acquiring, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. He has worked in the customer care environment since 2004 and was most recently responsible at Conduent for the successful operational implementation of complex large-scale projects across multiple locations, as well as smaller projects with special planning and management requirements. Thanks to his extensive operational expertise, he is familiar with the challenges of day-to-day customer service and sees himself as a solution-oriented partner for opcyc GmbH’s customers.
